I have developed a ranking based on a simple system that takes a few known rating sources and tabulates the mentions of each restaurant. This is the order as of March 2013. The @s indicate New York Times stars, the +s indicate New York Magazine stars and the *s indicate Michelin Stars.
The sources used to populate the ranking are The New York Times Dining Section (Critic Picks), New York Magazine (Critic Picks), Michelin Guide (Stars) , Bloomberg (Ryan Sutton Best of 2012), Eater (38 and Hot) and The James Beard Foundation (2013 Finalists).
