How long have you been blogging about food?
It’s going to be a year on Oct.6th!
Where does your passion for food come from?
I just love food in general. Believe it or not, I could watch the Food Network for hours. That’s how I kind of got into it. Then one day in LA, I was there for business and we were eating at all these “foodie” spots, and my friend Johnny Promo told me.. you should start a food blog.. so I took the idea and ran with it.
What is the best meal you’ve ever had?
Too many.. A best meal to me is one you really love at the moment and you get to enjoy it with friends over several bottles of wine.
What is your favorite restaurant in the whole world?
Right now it has to be Blue Collar and Eating House in Miami.
If you could live in another food city which would it be
Would have to say LA, NYC or New Orleans.
What can’t you go on a week without eating?
Tough question I love to eat. You mean I have to go a week without eating…
Name one ingredient we will always find in your fridge
Cilantro.. love that stuff!
If you could add a restaurant to Miami which one would it be and why
We have a lot of amazing places here in Miami, but I feel like we need more places to day drink at. I mean besides that all Miami is missing now is an In and Out burger.
Which pop-up would you like to see come to town?
I say either Bobby Flay or Guy Fieri come down to Miami and pop-up. Why not?!

Giorgio Rapicavoli and Daniel Serfer all day!
Do you cook and if so where did you learn
I love to cook.. I love to pretend i’m on Chopped and see what I have and what I can make. I learned some of my cooking skills from my dad.
What’s your favorite cookbook
I would have to go with the classic How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman
What’s your favorite food related book
Not really into reading…
One food trend you would like to see disappear
All the frozen yogurt spots.. aren’t they all the same
Favorite drink Alcoholic and non alcoholic
Have to go with the classic Jack and Coke. And my favorite non alcoholic drink has to be Ironbeer!
