How long have you been blogging about food?

I have been blogging about food for about five years but have thought about it before Zagat beat me too it 30 years ago.In one of my first jobs, I had a boss that planned every trip about restaurants on our trips in the United States. .After that I got another job with a company in which, I traveled the United States and Europe and planned my own restaurant excursions. My friends told me that I should write about my Food Experiences for other travelers but I saw no future in that. :) I continued to travel all over the United States, Europe, and Asia and always related my experiences to my friends and by then this guy named Zagat started his restaurant rating business, I guess it was a good way to make a living.About 15 years ago I moved to Florida and traveled to the Caribbean and then South America always planning dinner as my top priority. About 5 years ago , I read a Zagat review of a restaurant in the Miami area rated a 28 and after eating their and almost gagging on the food,I began writing my own blog, http://www.gagit.net, Let the Truth be Told.!!!!

My best meals are divided by two distinct eras, Jamin , Joel Robuchon’s three star Michelin restaurant in Paris and Paul Bocuse’s three star Michelin in Lyon, where what I considered the pinnacle of eating experiences.
